Kulwant Bhatia founded MR68 in 2026 focusing on technology due diligence and premium technology advisory services. While there are already many mature due diligence providers in the marketplace, MR68 differentiates itself by being deeply technology-focused incorporating not only current SOTA technology considerations but also future-focused thinking on technology trajectory in the context of regulatory, compliance and geopolitical considerations.

Kulwant is an expert in AI driven development with 30 years of programming experience and has served in regulated roles within investment banks, managing teams of up to 300 people.

Kulwant has authored and operated numerous automated trading platforms for leading investment banks, including systems that notably provided stable liquidity during the 2008 financial crisis. This has leaned on Kulwant's agility and spirit for invention and reinvention.

Kulwant has Masters in Mathematics and Computer Science from Imperial College London, and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
